Ben is an Associate Broker at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Ambassador Real Estate. While attending college, Ben was first introduced to real estate selling homes in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. After college Ben was a corporate relocation account manager overseeing all facets of an executive's regional and cross country moves while also managing multi-million dollar real estate inventories. In 2004, Ben began to work his way into downtown Omaha's redevelopment managing the sales and marketing of Riverfront Place. Ben has also led the sales and marketing at other successful developments like the Rows at SoMa and Towns at Little Italy. Ben was a founding member of the Downtown Living Tour also. His "trophy case" is loaded with high production awards and other accolades. The recognition and awards are great to Ben, but nothing is more rewarding to him than getting the job done and seeing his work copied by others later. "I love coming up with something that really worked and a few months or years later there's somebody else trying to do the same thing. Staying humble is important, but a little pride in innovation should be okay."
Holly is the Office Administrator at PinPoint's office. Holly really makes the office hum. When it comes to coordinating an itinerary for buyers or ensuring the latest sale makes it to the closing table, Holly is the one behind the scenes making it happen.
